The crash occurred at 4:44 p.m. on Thursday, July 20 at milepost 110 of the parkway, according to Sgt. Philip Curry, a spokesman with the New Jersey State Police.
Preliminary information revealed that four vehicles were involved in a rear-end crash which caused the express lanes to be fully blocked, Curry said.
Four individuals reported non-life threatening injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals, Curry said.
The lanes were fully re-opened at approximately 5:51 p.m., he said.
